Seven Seas Water Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to support multiple project activities from initiation to completion. The role requires strong communication, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Bluebeam is a plus.

Procore experience is highly valued. The position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) and an opportunity to work with a team delivering water infrastructure projects across the United States and Caribbean.

Qualifications

• Excellent internal and external communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Bluebeam experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Spanish speaking is strongly desired.
• University degree preferred or project coordination experience in a similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple project activities from initiation to completion.
• Procurement activities: purchase and change orders; track documentation and order receipt.
• Set up and maintain a detailed project tracking sheet; communicate with vendors.
• Utilize Procore for submittal and drawing management; track tasks.
• Assist Project Managers with materials takeoffs, vendor quotes, bid comparisons, and preconstruction activities.
• Compile and prepare O&M manuals; format, print, and ship final manuals.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and field staff to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Escalate risks or procurement challenges to management as needed.
• Foster teamwork and cross-functional cooperation.
