Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED required with 3–5 years water treatment experience.
• Ability to learn to operate SCADA and related monitoring equipment.
• General knowledge of chemistry, biology and math applicable to water treatment.

Aufgaben

• Collect samples per NJDEP requirements to monitor water quality.
• Calibrate and verify lab and process equipment.
• Optimize day-to-day plant operations using SCADA.
• Monitor booster pumps, storage tanks, and treatment systems.
• Establish proper chemical dosing and inventory at the facility.
• Investigate water quality and pressure complaints; notify on-call personnel.
• Maintain and repair water treatment plant equipment.
• Prepare reports and maintain databases for Production.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulatory audits.
• Respond to emergencies as part of the Rahway Emergency Response Team.
