Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee production facilities in PA, including Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, Bloomsburg, and Dallas. You will drive daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets while developing staff for leadership roles.

The role requires strong supervision, project management, and interaction with engineering on capital projects. Travel across four PA sites and emergency coverage are expected as part of responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5–10 years water utility experience with at least 5 years in a supervisor role.
• Experience in production, water treatment, construction, engineering and utility accounting.
• Experience in a unionized environment preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee production facilities operations across multiple PA sites.
• Complete regulatory reporting within required deadlines.
• Maintain source water integrity and optimize pumping/treatment processes.
• Operate and document activities in Asset Management and SCADA systems.
• Lead safety, budgeting, and KPI achievement; develop SOPs.
• Coordinate with Engineering on capital projects and contracts.
