Job summary

Veolia in North America is seeking an experienced operations leader to assist the Director of Operations for PA facilities including Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, Bloomsburg, and Dallas. You will supervise treatment, pumping, and field operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and performance against KPIs.

The role requires coordinating with engineering on capital projects, managing budgets, and driving SOPs, staffing, and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in water utility operations and oversight of production facilities.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff in a union environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety policies, regulatory requirements, and capital project execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Operations in planning, directing, and overseeing production facilities.
• Manage regulatory reporting within deadlines and ensure compliance.
• Operate and maintain pumping and treatment processes, SCADA, and related systems.
• Develop and implement SOPs; manage budgets and staffing to KPIs.
• Coordinate with Engineering on capital projects and contracts.
• Provide leadership and staff development; ensure licensing and training.
