Job summary

You will bridge executive strategy with on-site implementation, leading data-driven improvements in wastewater compliance and process controls.

The role emphasizes strong communication, project leadership, and the ability to mentor field teams while collaborating with regulators and municipal clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, etc.).
• Minimum 15 years in water/wastewater compliance, regulatory affairs, and technical process operations.
• Experience with data analytics, QA/QC program management, and laboratory oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on process controls, optimization, and regulatory interpretation to elevate operations.
• Conduct and oversee data analytics programs to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Develop and implement regional compliance frameworks aligned with SDWA and state regulations, and liaison with regulators.
