Forgen seeks a Water Practice Lead to build and lead the company’s water sector presence across Texas and the broader South-Central U.S. market.

You will serve as a client-facing leader, shaping opportunities with municipal districts, state and federal agencies, and engineering firms, and guiding pursuits from qualification to award. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 10 years in water infrastructure with BD or leadership.
• Established relationships with Texas water sector clients and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Forgen’s water sector in Texas and the South-Central U.S.
• Build relationships with municipal districts, agencies, and engineering firms.
• Manage opportunity pipeline and coordinate pursuit from RFQ/RFP to award.
• Serve as internal SME on flood control, coastal resilience, and water storage.
