Job summary

Technical Hires Group in Texas seeks a Lead Water/Wastewater Engineer to guide the practice and expand our Texas footprint. You will manage MUD and large residential projects from design through delivery, while mentoring engineers and shaping project delivery.

The role requires PE licensure and 7+ years in water/wastewater, with leadership responsibilities and collaboration with regional leaders to position the firm as a market leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE).
• 7+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the water/wastewater engineering team and grow the Texas practice.
• Manage MUD and large residential projects from design through delivery.
• Lead and train a team of 3-7 junior engineers, hiring and onboarding.
• Serve as a technical expert, reviewing work for accuracy.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to advance service initiatives.
