Job summary

Jobot is seeking a senior leader to shape and grow the Florida water, wastewater, and stormwater practice. The role focuses on directing a multi-disciplinary team, expanding client relationships, and driving strategic growth across municipal and public-sector projects.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years in water/wastewater consulting, a Florida PE license, and a track record of winning work. Hybrid work arrangements are available, with comprehensive benefits and professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
• PE license in Florida (or ability to obtain).
• 15+ years of water, wastewater, and/or stormwater consulting experience.
• Proven success leading teams, winning work, and managing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of Florida water infrastructure markets and regulations.
• Established industry relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Florida water, wastewater, and stormwater practice.
• Develop and mentor engineers, project managers, and technical staff.
• Drive business development efforts, pursuits, and proposal strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with municipal, utility, and public-sector clients.
• Provide executive oversight for major water infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with leadership on regional and national growth initiatives.
• Support recruiting, succession planning, and team expansion.
