Job summary

Jobot is seeking a senior leader in water/wastewater engineering to lead a growing team and mentor engineers. You will oversee projects, develop client relationships, and help drive strategic growth for the practice while ensuring high-quality delivery and regulatory compliance.

This role offers an opportunity to shape client engagements, build a robust water/wastewater portfolio, and collaborate with senior leadership on long-term growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience.
• Strong background in project management, client engagement, and business development.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results.
