Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for El Paso Water Parks in El Paso, TX. The role supports the Site Manager in daily operations across staffing, cash handling, customer service, aquatic operations, retail, concessions, and private party events to deliver a safe, fun, and efficient park experience.

You will help supervise 80–100 seasonal staff, coordinate scheduling, assist in safety training, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations while maintaining high guest

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Current Ellis & Associates (or equivalent) lifeguard/instructor certification preferred or able to attain certification upon hire.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatics facility Operator (AFO) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staffing, cash management, customer service, aquatic operations, retail, concessions, food & beverage, and private party operations.
• Support Site Manager in safety training and in-service programs.
• Supervise and develop seasonal staff; oversee ticketing, retail, food & beverage, guest services, lifeguards, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with state and local health and safety regulations.
• Attend staff meetings and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain high standards of professional appearance and customer service.
• Work extended hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Travel for industry conferences or meetings when required.
