Legends Global’s El Paso Water Parks is seeking an Aquatics Lead to oversee lifeguard teams and ensure safe, engaging park operations. The role focuses on supervising staff, maintaining pool safety, and delivering quality swim programming while coordinating with multiple park departments.

Responsibilities include enforcing rules, conducting safety drills, and documenting incidents and maintenance needs to support a secure guest experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of aquatics operation experience (lifeguarding, lifeguard training, swim instruction).
• Ability to swim and perform water activities.
• Ellis & Associates lifeguard certification preferred or obtainable on hire.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all rules and regulations and supervise lifeguard rotations.
• Lead a team of 30+ lifeguards, ensure safety standards and professional conduct.
• Coordinate with Aquatic/Park Service supervisors for smooth facility operation.
• Maintain aquatics records and assist with staff training and safety drills.
• Respond to emergencies, direct guests to care, and activate action plans when needed.
