Legends Global’s El Paso Water Parks is seeking an Aquatics & Park Services Lead to help oversee safety and operations across the aquatic facilities. You will monitor guest activities, manage swim lesson programming, and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

The role involves leading a team of lifeguards, coordinating with supervisors, and maintaining facility records. Strong leadership, bilingual skills, and a customer‑service mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to swim, perform water activities and rescues.
• Must be able to swim 50 yards, 10 feet underwater, and retrieve a 10-pound brick.
• Must be able to swim 200 yards, tread water for 2 minutes, and retrieve a brick from deep water.
• Current Ellis & Associates lifeguard certification preferred or able to attain certification upon hire.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all rules and regulations.
• Ensure lifeguard rotations comply with regulations.
• Provide supervision to prevent accidents.
• Assist Aquatics & Park Service supervisors for smooth operation.
• Lead a team of ~30 lifeguards and maintain professional standards.
• Train and develop staff; manage teamwork and performance.
• Perform monthly audits and drills; supervise safety procedures.
• Follow pool chemical testing procedures when necessary.
• Serve as management responder for first aid or medical needs.
