Job summary

Wetlands Water Park is seeking a Cafe Manager to lead the food service operations and cafe team. The role emphasizes ensuring clean facilities, high hygiene, and excellent customer service for park patrons.

Ideal candidates have restaurant leadership experience and strong work ethic, with preference for prior food service supervisory roles. The manager reports to Water Park Director and Parks and Recreation Director and oversees vendor relations and staff training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong work ethic required.
• Prior restaurant leadership preferred.
• Experience in food service leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all operations related to water park operation and food service.
• Ensure cleanliness of café inside and out with high hygiene standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to all patrons.
• Order products and supplies from food vendors and other suppliers.
• Oversee the café and food service operations at the water park.
• Supervise staff, including training and addressing performance issues.
• Supervise entire staff employed by the water park.
• Lead team members through instruction and by example.
• Ensure safety in all areas of the cafe.
