Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ previous food & beverage experience in a quick service or restaurant setting.
• 1-3 years’ management experience in the hospitality field preferred.
• Must have a current ServSafe or similar Food Handling Certification, or be willing to attain within the first 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the Urban Café and guide the performance of Team Members.
• Maintain effective inventory control, storage, and rotation to minimize wastage.
• Train the Urban Café Team in preparing the full menu to a high standard.
