Job summary

A leading indoor adventure park operator is seeking a Café Manager to oversee the operations of the Urban Café and manage the Team Members. The role is hands-on, involving cooking, preparing, and serving food. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in food and beverage services, with management experience preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required. This position does not provide medical or retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ previous experience in food and beverage.
• 1-3 years’ management experience in the hospitality field preferred.
• Must have or be willing to attain a current Food Handling Certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the Urban Café and guide Team Members.
• Train Urban Café Team on menu preparation and food service.
• Maintain inventory control and minimize wastage.
