Job summary

A leading indoor adventure park company is seeking a Café Manager to oversee operations at the Urban Café. The successful candidate will manage staff, ensure food quality and guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of food and beverage experience, with management experience preferred. A ServSafe certification is required. Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ previous F&B experience (quick service and/or restaurant experience).
• 1-3 years’ management experience in the hospitality field preferred.
• Must have a current ServSafe or similar Food Handling Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the proper execution of all processes, systems, and standards.
• Ensure all deliveries are received correctly and logged.
• Maintain effective inventory control, storage, and rotation to minimize wastage.
• Manage the Urban Café Team, ensuring high standards.
• Train the Urban Café Team in preparing the full menu.
