Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED.
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License (CDL preferred). Water/Wastewater Operator's License specific to state/site requirements.
• Technical: Ability to follow manuals & operating instructions; basic IT proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operates a variety of equipment and machinery (valves, pumps, motors, belt presses, disinfection equipment, vehicles).
• Conducts routine testing, monitoring, and maintenance of wells and unit processes; documents plant performance.
• Responds to call-outs and emergencies to repair equipment and instrumentation.
• Maintains clean, secure facilities; provides customer service when needed.
• Willing to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and on-call.
