Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Operator I to handle operation and maintenance of equipment in water and wastewater facilities at Frisco, TX. The role includes monitoring wells, lab basics, and documenting plant performance.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a water/wastewater license if possible, and a willingness to work varied shifts including on-call emergencies. Inframark offers a competitive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Willing to study required material and obtain certification.
• Basic knowledge of process control techniques and safety procedures.
• Experience in water/wastewater operations is desirable.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and on-call shifts.
• Knowledge of regulatory rules is essential.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and internet use is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment including valves, pumps, motors, belt presses, disinfection equipment.
• Performs routine testing, monitoring and maintenance of wells and unit processes.
• Documents plant performance and chemical usage.
• Responds to after-hours emergencies and on-call requests.
• Ensures facilities are clean, secure and well-maintained.
• Provides customer service as needed.
