Job summary

Inframark LLC in La Vergne, TN is seeking a Water Operator I to operate and maintain equipment in water treatment facilities, document plant performance, and monitor wells and unit processes. A Tennessee Water Treatment Grade I certification or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities include routine testing, maintenance, responding to call-outs, and providing customer service when needed. Must be willing to work all shifts, including weekends and on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License (CDL preferred) and Water/Wastewater Operator's License as required by state/site.
• Technical: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the internet.
• Communication: Clear and professional communication; contributes to customer experience.
• Problem Solving & Quality: Attention to detail; escalates issues as needed.
• Managing for Results: Handles multiple tasks and follows SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operates a variety of equipment and controls.
• Performs routine testing and maintenance of wells and unit processes.
• Documents plant performance and consumption data.
• Responds to after-hours emergencies to repair equipment.
• Maintains clean, secure facilities.
• Provides customer service when needed.
• Willing to work all shifts, including weekends and on-call.
