Qualifications

• 2+ years in water mitigation/restoration.
• IICRC WRT and ASD certifications required.
• Proficiency with drying equipment including moisture meters, air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise water mitigation crews on residential and commercial job sites.
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and moisture mapping.
• Conduct initial damage assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor and document drying progress using moisture meters and thermal imaging.
• Ensure work complies with IICRC S500 standards and safety protocols.
• Communicate job status updates to project managers, adjusters, and clients.
• Manage equipment inventory, placement, and daily monitoring logs.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices.
