The role requires 3+ years in a lead technician role in restoration or construction, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a lead technician role in restoration or construction.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Proficiency in safety guidelines and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 or more technicians on restoration projects.
• Ensure quality and timely completion while communicating with managers.
• Manage field supplies and company vehicle logistics.
• Submit timecards and documentation for projects.
• Coach technicians and conduct safety briefings.
