Job summary
Preferred Choice Restoration Services, LLC is seeking a Water Mitigation Sales Technician in Mesa, AZ to lead water restoration projects, coordinate field teams, and maintain excellent communication with homeowners and insurers. This in-person role requires IICRC experience and a valid AZ driver's license.

Qualifications
- Must reside in Arizona with a valid driver's license.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- IICRC certifications preferred; training available.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, lead, and manage water restoration projects from start to finish
- Supervise field technicians to ensure quality and efficiency
- Communicate with customers, insurers, and team members
- Perform water extraction, equipment setup and monitoring
- Collect data, photos, and documentation for each project
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Adhere to safety standards and PPE use
- Participate in on-call and weekend rotation
- Support Mitigation Manager with additional tasks
