Qualifications

Significant water mitigation experience required.
WRT certification preferred.
ASD certification a plus.
Moisture mapping experience preferred.
Experience with Encircle or similar software is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership in a field environment.
Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
Reliable and accountable.

Responsibilities

Water extraction and emergency response.
Equipment setup, placement and daily monitoring.
Moisture mapping and documentation.
Controlled demolition as needed.
Daily job documentation using Encircle and related platforms.
Clear, professional communication with customers.
Mentoring and leading field technicians.
Equipment maintenance and care.
Follow IICRC standards and best practices.
Be available for on-call rotation.
