Rytech Restoration is seeking a Lead Fire and Water Restoration Technician (WRT required) in Atlanta, GA to own mitigation projects and lead field teams. You’ll guide practical on-site decisions, ensure high-quality outcomes, and represent Rytech professionally on every project.

This leadership role requires a WRT certification, 2+ years of restoration experience, and the ability to run jobs independently while communicating clearly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead water mitigation, fire cleanup, and mold remediation jobs.
• Determine source and scope of damage.
• Perform controlled demolition and structural drying.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers).
• Maintain accurate documentation (photos, notes, moisture readings).
• Support team members and ensure job quality.
