Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of water meters and service lines.
• Rebuild, replace, and repair water meters to support accurate readings and billing.
• Respond to service calls to investigate leaks and assist customers.
• Process service orders to turn water services on/off at connections.
• Use meter software to troubleshoot meters needing repair or replacement.
• Record water usage readings for monthly billing.
