Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on water mains and service lines.
• Flush, repair, and replace fire hydrants to ensure proper operation.
• Rebuild and repair water meters and assist with meter readings for billing.
• Respond to service calls, including checking for leaks and assisting customers.
• Turn water services on and off for new and closing accounts.
• Clean and maintain groundwater storage tanks and prepare for inspections.
• Restore concrete, sidewalks, and asphalt following water line repairs.
• Support the team during emergencies and critical events to maintain City services.
• Take on additional duties as needed to support water system operations.
