Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in communicating clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to resolve customer concerns and provide courteous service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair water meters for residential and commercial customers.
• Read and inspect meters to support billing and detect leaks.
• Operate and document work in maintenance management system.
• Assist with meter installation, maintenance, and calibration.
• Provide customer support and explain meter readings and procedures.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in required training.
