The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in the water works field preferred but not required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Read and record water meter readings for billing on assigned routes.
• Inspect meters and replace inoperable meters when needed.
• Complete service orders and maintain meter boxes and equipment.
• Document all work activities and close work orders per guidelines.
• Provide best-in-class customer service during interactions.
