Job summary

Aqua Ohio is seeking a Field Service Representative to install, maintain, and repair meters and remote reading devices at customer sites. The role involves processing work orders, driving a company vehicle, and ensuring safe operation of equipment.

You will handle customer inquiries, perform leak checks and meter readings, and coordinate with supervisors. The job requires a valid driver’s license and availability for after-hours emergencies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid US Driver’s license required.
• Must meet the physical requirements for the position.
• Available for emergency work after hours, weekends, holidays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Installs, removes, and maintains meters, remote reading devices and protective devices.
• Receives and processes work orders and emails.
• Safely operates and maintains service department equipment.
• Inspects customer service lines, metering devices and appurtenances.
• Operates and maintains assigned vehicle per safety guidelines.
• Elevates and reports unusual conditions in the distribution system.
