AQUALIS is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager for the Colorado region. This role focuses on new logo acquisitions in stormwater and water management services, collaborating with regulators, engineers, and customers to drive growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales experience in services, strong negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel within the territory. Compensation includes a commission program and opportunities for professional advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of progressive and successful sales experience in a services industry.
• Outside sales experience in facilities management, construction or environmental services preferred.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong relationship-building with merchant teams.
• Ability to travel overnight within the territory.

Responsabilités

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives as defined by leadership.
• Prospect for new business and customers in the retail, industrial, commercial, and municipality sectors.
• Manage and lead sales development for the assigned geographic region.
• Work closely with technical staff, estimating and project management to develop growth strategies.
• Promote brand and services and build proposals based on customer needs.
