Job summary

Gradiant International Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Planner to support successful delivery of water and wastewater projects.

You will develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, coordinate across engineering, procurement, and construction, and monitor progress to mitigate delays on site in Boise, USA. The role requires 3–7 years in construction planning, proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project, and strong analytical/communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel (pivot tables, dashboards).
• 3–7 years in construction planning/scheduling, preferably water/industrial.
• Experience with large-scale projects; PMP/PSP preferred, not required.
• Relocation to Boise, US; US project site experience beneficial.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/OSHA/HSE frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline and detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Define milestones, critical paths, and dependencies across EPC activities.
• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to align schedules with design and procurement.
• Update schedules regularly reflecting progress and change orders.
• Track progress and generate weekly/monthly reports with key metrics and corrective actions.
• Support earned value analysis and forecast project completion dates.
• Maintain logs of revisions, delays, and contingency plans.
• Facilitate coordination meetings with PMs, HSE, and subcontractors.
• Interface with clients/consultants on schedule updates and progress.
• Identify schedule risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation measures.
