Job summary

Maguire, a century-old leader in water infrastructure, seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead complex tank and tower projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will direct scope, schedule, safety, and cost, collaborating with sales, preconstruction, engineering, field teams, and owners to deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes for municipal water systems.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of civil construction PM experience, knowledge of Design-Build/CMAR, and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CM or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of construction project management experience.
Experience with civil construction scopes (foundations, excavation, piping, utilities, site work).
Knowledge of Design-Build, CMAR, and collaborative delivery.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead assigned construction projects from preconstruction planning through closeout.
Collaborate with sales, preconstruction, engineering, field leadership, and customers.
Develop and maintain a national subcontractor network for civil construction.
Manage MPMS to track project performance and documentation.
Negotiate with subcontractors, engineers, and owners to meet project goals.
