Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, civil eng, business, or related field.
• At least five years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with civil construction scopes: foundations, excavation, piping, utilities, site work.
• Familiarity with Design-Build, CMAR, and preconstruction planning.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Excellent communication with customers, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned construction projects from preconstruction planning through project closeout.
• Support Design-Build and CMAR delivery through early planning, constructability reviews, and risk identification.
• Collaborate with sales, preconstruction, and engineering to translate concepts into executable plans.
• Develop and maintain a national subcontractor network for civil water infrastructure work.
• Utilize MPMS to manage multiple projects, track performance, and maintain documentation.
• Review plans, specs, subcontractor proposals, schedules, pay requests, and change orders.
• Negotiate with subcontractors, engineers, owners, and partners in a professional manner.
• Monitor budgets, costs, safety, quality, and schedule to ensure project profitability.
