Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead critical recovery projects in the U.S. Virgin Islands, coordinating pre-construction and construction phases within a large disaster recovery program.

The role is based at the client site in the US Virgin Islands with a strong emphasis on collaboration across project teams and stakeholders. You will mentor staff, build client relationships, and help position and negotiate contracts while applying proven project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
• 7+ years of design and construction experience for water projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• PM certification (PMP) or CCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project development from programming through completion per program objectives.
• Oversee contract agreements for project consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Coordinate design review and cost estimate processes with DM/stakeholders.
• Attend client meetings and maintain project documentation per Jacobs Quality Program.
