Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the pre-construction and construction phases of a large US Virgin Islands disaster recovery program. You will mentor staff, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients and project teams to deliver critical infrastructure projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 7+ years in design and construction of water projects or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication; self-motivated leader with client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project development from programming through completion per program objectives.
• Oversee contracts for project consultants, contractors, and vendors; develop bid strategy.
• Coordinate design reviews, cost estimates, and A/E/invoice processes; manage budgets and schedules.
• Lead risk mitigation, safety, and project execution plans; ensure quality per Jacobs standards.
