Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Project Manager with Civil Works experience to lead multi-discipline design projects from kickoff through construction.

You will support federal DoD and defense contractor clients using Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build approaches, including coastal and flood infrastructure projects. The role emphasizes strong client relationships, team leadership, and delivering high-quality design solutions across buildings, water, and wastewater infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Client-facing project management experience on civil works
• Experience leading multi-discipline design teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentations

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, on time and within budget
• Serve as primary client contact from start to finish
• Develop project proposals and scopes with discipline leads for budgeting
• Facilitate communication plans and status reviews with stakeholders
• Monitor financials, schedules, and staffing for each project
• Oversee quality and adherence to Jacobs Quality Program
