Job summary

Civil Science, Inc. seeks a Water Infrastructure Practice Leader to establish and lead our firmwide water infrastructure practice, delivering critical projects that serve communities across the region.

You will provide technical leadership, support project delivery, drive business development, and unify water expertise across multiple offices and disciplines. This role mentors the next generation of engineering leaders and shapes strategic growth in water services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
PE license required or on track for licensure.
12+ years in water infrastructure engineering and project management.
Demonstrated success leading municipal water projects from planning through construction.
Strong client relationship management and business development experience.
Ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and build technical capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead development and expansion of Civil Science's water infrastructure practice.
Create and execute growth strategies for water transmission, distribution, storage, source development, treatment, and utility infrastructure services.
Build relationships with municipal agencies, utility districts, irrigation entities, and public-sector clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proposals, and strategic partnerships.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Mentor engineers, project managers, and technical specialists; develop training programs.
