McMillen, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Heavy Civil to lead water resource projects, including dams, energy, fisheries, and infrastructure.

This full-time role requires expert management of large, complex civil projects with a track record of delivering on time and within budget. The successful candidate will oversee schedules, budgets, and QA/QC, coordinate resident engineers and inspectors, and serve as the owner's representative with contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Civil Engineering or relevant work experience.
• 10+ years specialized management experience in the construction management of large and complicated civil projects.
• Proven track record to deliver heavy civil engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Demonstrates foresight and mature judgement in solving civil engineering problems.
• Must be able to travel to project sites within the Inland Northwest.

Responsabilités

• Leads discussions, meetings, and workshops on large and complex projects.
• Ensures deliverables meet risk management requirements.
• Plans, creates, and oversees schedules, specifications and budget reports.
• Leads QA/QC reviews for large projects as per client requirements and policy.
• Manages multiple projects with staff and resources.
• Acts as project owner's representative with contractors and handles contract administration.
