Job summary

Consor is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Henderson, NV office to lead municipal water/wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through construction. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure quality and client satisfaction, and contribute to winning new work through SOQs and proposals.

The role requires a PE license in Nevada or reciprocity, a BS in Engineering, and 15+ years of relevant experience, with a track record of managing municipal water/wastewater projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years relevant water/wastewater engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer license in Nevada or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• BS in Engineering required.
• Experience managing municipal water/wastewater projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary technical teams (Consor staff and subconsultants).
• Manage work programs.
• Provide excellent client service and quality management.
• Assist with business development and winning the next project (SOQs and proposals).
