Job summary

Veolia in North America is seeking a Construction Manager to lead water facility network construction projects, supervise inspectors, and coordinate with customers, contractors, and regulatory authorities. You will ensure installations meet specifications, manage costs, and maintain project documentation.

Required are significant water utility construction experience, OSHA familiarity, and strong budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years water utility construction experience required.
• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management preferred.
• Experience with inventory management and GIS/GPS analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage two Inspectors and coordinate water facility network construction work.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local health, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate construction activities with operations and other groups.
• Review and approve contractor payment requests and manage project costs.
