Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead capital projects in the West Region. You'll oversee planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and quality control for water and infrastructure projects, coordinating with field teams and clients to meet safety and performance standards.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and about two years of related experience, with proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2 years experience managing capital projects.
• Experience with water/wastewater/utility infrastructure.
• Ability to read drawings and manage cost estimates and schedules.
• Experience with contract administration and RFIs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and drive project compliance while coordinating personnel.
• Manage project documentation, budgets, schedules, and meetings.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables, site inspections, and QA/QC.
• Prepare change orders, RFIs, and cost estimates; support proposal prep.
• Travel 20% to project sites within the West Region; ensure timely reporting.
