Job Description Position Purpose: The Construction Manager will manage two (2) Company Inspectors and coordinate water facility network construction work for Company and Developer network projects. Must communicate project coordination with customers, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Will direct the Inspectors in assuring facilities are installed as per the specifications and design. Ensures consistency with plans, specifications and schedule. Manages and tracks project costs. Manages company Capital project inventory. Will schedule and direct project third party inspectors. Assures compliance with all federal, state, and local health, environmental, and safety regulations. Responsible for capital expenditure budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and preparing Funding Projects using company financial tools.
