Job summary

PowerRise is seeking a seasoned Project Construction Manager for water infrastructure to lead on-site construction, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality. You will coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors across complex utilities projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management, a Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering, experience with Procore and Autodesk Construction Cloud, and a proven track record delivering water utility projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive construction management experience on water utility projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and team mentoring skills; able to oversee diverse field teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all on-site construction phases from pre-con to closeout.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and KPIs; coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure OSHA compliance and quality control.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and procurement teams; maintain records.
