Pape-Dawson Engineers in Plano, Texas, is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee water, wastewater, and municipal infrastructure projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will manage schedule, budget, quality, and safety while coordinating with contractors, clients, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering or construction management background with 8 years of CM experience, proficiency in Procore and Primavera P6, and strong

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 8 years of progressive construction management experience on water, wastewater, utility, or public infrastructure projects with specific experience in treatment facilities.
• Working knowledge of CMAR, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, and Design-Bid-Build project delivery methods.
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) strongly preferred
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety
• Experience with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and AI-enabled construction technologies
• Demonstrated capability leading project teams and coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of project controls, documentation, and construction administration processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Reliability and dependability.
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with overtime as needed.
