Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee water infrastructure and underground wet utility projects. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of PM experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, and proficiency with project management software.

You will lead projects from inception to completion, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate subs, and ensure safety and quality while fostering strong client and team relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing self-perform projects including excavation and backfill.
• Proficiency in project management software and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiations, and performance.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, promoting collaboration and accountability.
