You will blend mechanical expertise with consultative sales, perform installations of gas, electric, and tankless systems, troubleshoot issues, and educate customers on energy-efficient upgrades to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on plumbing or related field experience.
• Able to lift 75+ lbs and navigate residential sites safely.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Consult clients to identify best water heater and system upgrades.
• Drive revenue by presenting value-based solutions and closing sales.
• Install gas, electric, and tankless water heating systems per code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues to restore performance.
• Use sales enablement tools to improve communication and conversion.
• Educate customers on energy-efficient upgrades and maintenance.
• Manage mobile inventory and documentation at job sites.
