Job summary

Service Champions Plumbing, Heating & AC in Southern California seeks a Residential Plumbing Sales Advisor to help homeowners select the best plumbing solutions. You will use your sales expertise and our training to identify needs, present options, and close sales in the field.

This role requires excellent communication, a positive attitude, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You will build relationships, leverage leads, and participate in ongoing training while documenting

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of successful Plumbing experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, $2MM minimum sales per year.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• A positive, coachable, and driven attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A current and valid driver's license in the state in which you will work.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate plumbing needs, perform assessments, and discuss potential solutions.
• Provide detailed explanations of our Plumbing products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Develop accurate and competitive pricing estimates based on customer requirements and company guidelines.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to convert consultations into sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Maintain customer communication to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.
• Work with company-provided leads and self-generated prospects to maximize sales opportunities.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge, sales strategies, and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and installation schedules.
