Service Champions Plumbing, Heating & AC is seeking a Residential Plumbing Sales Advisor in California who will guide homeowners in selecting the best plumbing solutions. The role emphasizes in-home consultations, presenting products, preparing estimates, and closing sales with high earning potential.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of plumbing experience, a proven sales track record, excellent communication, and a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of successful Plumbing experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, $2MM minimum sales per year.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• A positive, coachable, and driven attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A current and valid driver's license in the state in which you will work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to evaluate their Plumbing needs, perform assessments, and discuss potential solutions.
• Present Plumbing Solutions: Provide detailed explanations of our Plumbing products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Prepare Estimates: Develop accurate and competitive pricing estimates based on customer requirements and company guidelines.
• Close Sales: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert consultations into sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Follow-Up: Maintain customer communication to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.
• Leverage Leads: Work with company-provided leads and self-generated prospects to maximize sales opportunities.
• Attend Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales strategies, and industry trends.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and installation schedules.
