CastleWorks Water Heaters is seeking a Water Heater Selling Technician in California to combine plumbing expertise with proactive sales. You will educate customers, close service-call-driven sales, and install gas, electric, and tankless heaters in both residential and commercial settings.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred and comfortable asking for the sale.
• 1+ year of relevant field experience; plumbing background preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physically capable of lifting 75+ lbs and performing field work.
• Coachable and growth-minded; open to feedback.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell and install water heater solutions in residential and commercial settings.
• Recommend and sell replacement heaters, filtration systems, and upgrades during service calls.
• Close sales by presenting options, pricing, and value clearly and confidently.
• Install gas, electric, and tankless water heaters per safety codes.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform repairs and maintenance.
• Use AI-powered sales coaching tools to review calls and sharpen selling skills.
• Educate customers on energy efficiency, performance, and long-term value.
• Maintain truck inventory, documentation, and keep clean job sites.
• Coordinate with dispatch and installers for timely completion.
• Work overtime as needed due to emergency nature of water heater services.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
