Job summary

Purity Oilfield Services in Bowie, TX is seeking a Logistics Dispatcher to support our growing operation. The Dispatcher will coordinate drivers, plan routes, and monitor progress to ensure timely, efficient water hauling and equipment delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication and knowledge of DOT guidelines. Experience in logistics and/or customer service is preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Flexible scheduling includes day/night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient communicator in written and verbal skills.
• Knowledge of basic DOT guidelines.
• Water Hauling Logistics Experience preferred but not required.
• Preferred 2-3 years' experience in logistics and/or customer service.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinating drivers to pick up and deliver water by assigning loads, planning efficient routes, and monitoring progress.
• Route planning and optimizing delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation of water and equipment.
• Managing daily operations and coordinating drivers to loads and routes based on customer needs and equipment availability.
• Administrative tasks like ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining logs and records, reviewing electronic tickets for accuracy.
• Acting as the central point of contact between drivers, clients and site managers to address issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Data management: using software to manage data, track loads, and generate reports for invoicing and accounting.
• Schedule: 40-48 hours per week; day shift, night shift and weekend availability.
